GSB / DLC Plant Cap.: 250 to 350 TPH

INTRODUCTION :

“PLUS” make GDB / DLC Plant is Robust, Most Versatile & Efficient used for achieving desire proportionate and homogeneous design mix of large volume continuously. This is a continuous mixing plant.
The plant consists of manually controlled feeding system for individual feeder unit. The material discharge from these feeders is delivered on to collecting belt conveyor. The aggregate is than fed to the pugmill unit thru inlet hopper. Cement / Fly Ash will fed thru cement/fly ash hopper to pugmill unit. The aggregate, water and cement / fly ash is thouroughly mixed in the pugmill and then discharge to the dumper truck by operating hydraulically operated discharge gate.
